Baraklabs is a product studio — we build SaaS products and open-source software, and share the engineering behind them. When using this Site, you agree to:

3. Products & Open Source

Products referenced on this Site (including Doculigent and Ditto) may have their own terms, licenses, or documentation. Open-source projects are governed by the license included in their respective repositories, not by this Terms of Service.

4. Consulting & Build Services

Where Baraklabs provides MVP development, SaaS development, AI product work, app integrations, technical strategy, or product engineering services, the specific scope, timeline, and terms of that engagement are agreed separately with the client and take precedence over this general Terms of Service for that engagement.

5. Intellectual Property of Baraklabs

The Baraklabs brand, logo, website design, and written content (including Tech Breakdowns and blog articles) are the property of Baraklabs unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Privacy

Your use of this Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and store information.

7. Disclaimers
